Biography: Russell Wiesner
I am blessed
in marriage to my beautiful wife Sharla
since 1991 and we have six wonderful children together; Sarah, Rebekah, Joshua,
Hannah, Nathan, and Bethany. Our family life is filled with adventure and
teamwork as we live together in cross-cultural environments.
I enjoyed studying
at California State University, Chico and received a bachelors degree in
Social Science in 1990. I earned a California
teaching credential in 1991. I went on to complete a masters degree in
School Administration from S. B. College and Graduate School in 2007. I had the privilege of teaching
high school in California, Michigan, and
Papua New Guinea. I travel and have studied and worked in Bolivia, Venezuela, China, Australia,
Singapore, Malaysia and Papua New Guinea. Currently I focus on International
Education with the help of ACSI in a country in Asia. I have
taught for the Glenn County
Office of Education serving public schools around Northern California and intercultural studies as an adjunct professor at S. B. College and Graduate School in Redding, CA.
Current Status:
I have recently agreed to take a
position offered in an international school overseas.
